I am a certified Counsellor with a background in supporting life transitions, and a practice that’s both grounded and intuitive.
I have been through burnout. I have had seasons where I lost touch with myself, where nothing felt clear or aligned.
I know how much it matters to have a space where you can just be — no pressure, no performance, just you.
