I’m here to offer you a safe and gentle space — where you can let it all out, calm the mental noise, and start creating a little more clarity and ease, one step at a time.

We will explore what’s present for you, together:

A little about me

I am a certified Counsellor with a background in supporting life transitions, and a practice that’s both grounded and intuitive.

I have been through burnout. I have had seasons where I lost touch with myself, where nothing felt clear or aligned.


I know how much it matters to have a space where you can just be — no pressure, no performance, just you.

That’s what I hold for you now.
